At Thrivefluence, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

✅ Return Conditions

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Sale items can also be returned unless stated otherwise.

💰 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

• We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Always keep your proof of shipment with tracking information.

• Items returned after the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
