Welcome to Thrive Fluence! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Thrive Fluence. We operate this website and webshop, including all information, tools, products, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated here.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

We strive for accurate product descriptions. Colors and sizes may vary due to your screen settings. Thrive Fluence does not guarantee that every product will fully meet your expectations. Products may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order. Returns are only accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. All purchases are for personal use only.

All prices are listed in euros and exclude shipping costs and VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and offers at any time. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to deliver within 1–3 business days but do not guarantee this. Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon handing over the order to the carrier.

ARTICLE 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Shopify provides the platform for our webshop but is not responsible for transactions, returns, or complaints. All communication should be directed to Thrive Fluence.
